Powered by Illumagic X4s running in full beast mode, the tank carries a crisp, high-energy spectrum that brings out both growth and color. Beneath it all, a GW-12 skimmer keeps things stable, quietly maintaining the balance that every thriving reef depends on.

But this isn’t just about equipment — it’s about history. A passion for saltwater that started back in 2008, evolving through systems ranging from 25 to 120 gallons. Different tanks, different stages of life, even moves across the country — from Florida to California — all shaping the way this reef exists today.

Now, just a couple of months in, the system is already settling into its rhythm. A mixed reef at its core, blending movement, color, and diversity — while still hinting at that pull toward SPS-dominated perfection.
